Ingredients
Ripe red & golden tomatoes (sliced)
Fresh mozzarella (sliced)
Fresh basil leaves
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil
Pinch of dried oregano
Directions
Layer tomato and mozzarella slices in a circular pattern.
Tuck basil leaves between layers.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
