Ingredients:


1 cup almond flour  

1 tsp baking powder  

1/4 tsp salt  

1/2 cup cottage cheese  

1 large egg  

Topping: sesame or everything bagel spice (optional)


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  

2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking until well mixed.  

3. In another bowl, blend cottage cheese and egg until smooth.
